What is your program philosophy?

I help clients define “balance” for themselves and develop sustainable habits in support of that definition.  Generally speaking, I focus on 30-minute workouts (or less), incorporating more healthy foods, and becoming an accountability partner.  At the end of the day, we all need someone to listen and care about our journey.

I’m just starting my wellness journey. Which “thrive” plan should I sign up for?

Ultimately, it depends on how you work best and what you are looking to accomplish. Our overall program is structured to meet the needs of women at various points along their wellness journey. Many clients have found success starting with the THRIVE + program, then switching to THRIVE once they have developed the habits and confidence necessary to sustain themselves. We also have clients who start with or upgrade to THRIVE V.I.P. for a season as they tackle certain challenges or need extra support. There is truly no right or wrong way to start - the important part is taking the first step.

The THRIVE Coaching Call option exists for clients who wish to supplement their fitness & nutrition efforts with focused support on an as-needed basis.
